Getting Started with EscrowFlo

Welcome to EscrowFlo! Getting started only takes a few minutes. Follow the steps below to create your account and begin your free 14-day trial.

Step 1: Visit EscrowFlo

Open your browser and go to: https://escrowflo.com

You'll arrive at the EscrowFlo home page.

Click Start Free Trial in the top-right corner or the large blue button in the center of the page.

Step 2: Choose Your Plan

You'll be taken to the Pricing page where you can compare our subscription options.

Choose either:

  • Professional — Perfect for individual real estate agents and transaction coordinators. $29.99/month after your free 14-day trial.
  • Premium — Ideal for teams and brokerages needing advanced AI features and custom branding. $49.99/month after your free 14-day trial.

Click Start 14-Day Free Trial under your preferred plan.

Note: A valid payment method is required to begin your trial, but you will not be charged until your 14-day trial ends.

Step 3: Create Your Account

Complete the account registration form by entering:

  • Brokerage / Organization Name
  • Your Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Password

After reviewing your information, click Create Account.

Step 4: Verify Your Email Address

EscrowFlo will send a verification email to the email address you provided.

You'll see a confirmation page letting you know that your verification email has been sent.

Open your inbox and look for an email titled "Welcome to EscrowFlo! Confirm Your Email Address."

If you don't see it within a few minutes:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder.
  • Click Try Again on the confirmation screen if needed.

Step 5: Confirm Your Email

Open the email from EscrowFlo.

Click the blue Verify My Email button.

This verifies your email address and activates your account.

After verification, you'll automatically continue setting up your free trial.

Step 6: Review Your Selected Plan

You'll be presented with a summary of the plan you selected.

The page confirms:

  • Your subscription plan
  • Monthly pricing after the trial
  • Included features
  • Trial length
  • Payment reminder

Click Continue to Secure Checkout.

Step 7: Secure Checkout

EscrowFlo uses Stripe to securely process subscription payments.

During checkout you'll:

  • Enter your payment information.
  • Optionally enter a promotion code if one was provided.
  • Review your subscription details.

Today's Charge: $0.00

Your payment method is securely stored for automatic billing after your free trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.

Stripe may ask you to complete an additional identity verification step, depending on your payment method and bank.

Step 8: Welcome to EscrowFlo

After successfully completing Stripe Checkout, you'll be redirected back to EscrowFlo.

From there you can:

  • Create your first transaction
  • Upload a purchase contract
  • Let AI extract important deadlines
  • Review confidence scores
  • Track contingencies
  • Receive automated reminder emails
  • Export client-friendly transaction timelines
  • Manage all of your transactions from one dashboard
